No parole for 20 years for Regina’s first serial killer

Regina’s first serial killer was sentenced to life with no chance of parole for 20 years on Tuesday.

Clayton Bo Eichler pleaded guilty on Monday, Sept. 19, to the second-degree murders of Kelly Goforth, 21, and Richele Bear, 23.

Goforth’s body was discovered in a bag with DNA and receipts later linked to Eichler.

While investigating the accused’s home, police found photos of someone who medical experts believed to be Bear. The photos appear to show Eichler committing an indignity to a body.
Bear’s body has not been found.
